I’m a certified birth educator and the founder of Sunny Side Up Birth Co. My mission is simple: to help moms feel confident, empowered, and prepared for birth.

When I was pregnant with my first, I was flooded with scary birth stories that left me anxious and overwhelmed. I know how much fear the media and even well-meaning friends or family can stir up during pregnancy. Birth may be unpredictable, but with the right knowledge and support, you can feel grounded, in control, and able to trust your instincts.

That’s why I created The Confident Birth Experience, a course that gives you the tools to feel informed, strong, and ready to make the best choices for you. Every mom deserves a birth story she feels good about, and learning to advocate for yourself is a game-changer that will serve you well beyond the delivery room.

Because motherhood was never meant to be a solo journey, you’ll also be welcomed into a supportive community of local moms who get it. Along the way, you’ll meet trusted professionals in our network, doulas, lactation consultants, maternal mental health experts, pelvic floor therapists, and more. You always have the right people in your corner during pregnancy and motherhood. I love connecting people and filling gaps where support might be missing, so no mom has to feel alone.
